At our school we have put together some important rules for our work together, which can be found in the Terms and Conditions document, and we have also developed a Privacy Policy because we respect the privacy of our students.

The most important ones are summarized below.

Learning materials and course structure

• We will use the following programs/sites for the class: Zoom, Miro, Google docs. Before the class, you need to register on Miro and install Zoom.
• All participants will turn on their cameras during the class, as it is much more comfortable to see the other person in conversation, and all our work will be based on working with each other.
• The program is based on the textbook Das Leben A1-B1, Vielfalt B2-C1, Grammatik Aktiv and authentic materials. The course structure is anchored in a shared chat on Telegram. If you are comfortable working with a paper textbook, you can buy one. Textbooks can be purchased from the publisher's official website, Amazon or any bookstore in Germany.
• All necessary links will be fixed in the general chat in Telegram. Lesson recordings are also stored there and you can ask any questions to the teacher here.

Cancellations and reschedules

Group lessons:

• Since we do group lessons, there is no possibility of rescheduling. If you are unable to attend a class, it will be charged to your subscription.
  
  
• All classes are recorded. The instructor publishes the recordings in the group in a telegram and you will be able to see the missed class. It is a big request - to warn the instructor in the general chat if you can not attend the class. This is a show of respect for the instructor.

The new subscription is paid in the period when the old one ended and before the new one starts, i.e. before the new block of lessons. If we have not received payment for the new subscription before the lesson, unfortunately, the learning process stops and the manager removes the student from the group in the telegram.

Individual lessons:

Payment for lessons is made on a monthly subscription basis.

Payment for individual lessons must be made 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

• If a lesson is canceled or rescheduled less than 8 hours in advance, 100% of the cost of the lesson will be charged.
  
  
• If the teacher cancels or postpones the lesson less than 8 hours before the start of the lesson, the school provides a free lesson or the subscription is increased by one lesson.
  
  
• If the class is canceled or rescheduled more than 8 hours before the start time, the school manager or the instructor will find a suitable time for everyone. The rescheduling is free of charge. Lessons can be canceled without loss of payment no more than 2 times a month, if there are at least 8 hours before the start of the lesson.
